Please check your site can take the lorry before you book. The number that catches people out is not the height to drive in — it is the height the lorry needs to tip or lift, which is a great deal more. Measure at the point where the load goes, not at the gate.
Small loads — 2 to 9 tonnes, loose or in bulk bags

Needs a 20 m clear run to position, and serious turning space.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date given. After that we will re-check the price before confirming — rates on larger loads move with fuel.
48 hours’ notice for delivery, and payment is taken before the lorry loads. We deliver morning or afternoon — the driver rings ahead. We cannot hold a fixed time slot.
Cancel before we load and there is no charge — full refund.
Once the lorry has left the yard, the delivery charge for your zone is payable (£45 / £65 / £85 + VAT). Material is refunded in full. On bulk loads of 10 tonnes or more, where haulage is arranged in advance, a wasted-haulage charge of £150 (Zone 1) or £200 (Zones 2, 3 and elsewhere) applies, plus VAT.
Minimum delivery is 2 tonnes. Below that you are very welcome to collect from the yard, loose or in bulk bags. Delivery is charged per trip — a second material is a second delivery and a second charge. All prices are ex VAT. Material is charged on the weighbridge ticket weight.
Not sure? Send us a photo of the entrance and of the spot where you want it tipped — 01424 222288. It takes a minute and saves a wasted delivery. If a lorry cannot get in, turn, or discharge when it arrives, a wasted journey charge applies.
