Please read this before you come onto our yard. It applies to everyone — tipping trade waste, delivering scrap metal, or collecting aggregates. It takes a minute.
No flip-flops, sandals, open-toed shoes or trainers. Hi-vis and safety footwear must be worn any time you are out of your vehicle. We will not unload you without them.
Anywhere on site, including inside your vehicle. We handle fuel, plant and large waste piles. One cigarette is all it takes.
Stick to the one-way system and the marked traffic routes. Machines and pedestrians are moving around you all the time.
Unless our staff direct you otherwise. No children, and no passengers out of the vehicle. Reversing is at your own risk — use a banksman if you need one.
Before raising a tipper body, look up. Cables, canopies and structures. Damage from a raised body is on you.
Our staff will show you where. Tipping anywhere else means a charge for moving and sorting it. Clear the area promptly once you have finished.
Secure and sheet your load in the designated area, not on the tipping floor.
No asbestos, and nothing that looks like it — cement board, fibre board, artificial slate, corrugated sheet, soffits or flue pipes. No batteries, vapes, gas bottles, oils, tyres or fridges. If you are not sure what it is, ask before you tip.
One quick confirmation, then you are done. You only need to do this once per vehicle.
Show this screen to the weighbridge if asked. Drive safely.
